Personal Sharing & Feedback

This internship gave me a completely new perspective and a breakthrough growth mindset. I was fortunate to learn and work alongside highly skilled colleagues and mentors, which raised my sense of responsibility to a level I had not experienced before. Team spirit is very strong — mentees actively support one another and mentors are always ready to help.

I value this community not only for the rich technical knowledge it provides, but also for how it fosters a growth mindset. Workshops, GameDays, and discussion sessions sparked countless new ideas, clarified my career direction, and expanded my professional network with senior practitioners who served as great sources of motivation.

The professional working environment, high-quality learning materials, and hands-on exercises built my resilience and the determination to persist through challenges. To further improve the experience for future mentees, I suggest:

  • Introduce more regular competency assessment rounds so mentees receive continuous feedback and a clearer development path.
  • Publish a mentor directory that lists each mentor’s focus areas and strengths, making it easier for mentees to choose the right mentor for specific technical questions.

These small changes will improve mentor–mentee matching and increase the practical impact of the program for all participants.
